RatetheRace™ is an independent race and event evaluation platform. We aggregate event listings from public sources and allow registered users to share their personal experiences through ratings and reviews. Rate the Race is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any race organizer, timing company, or event series unless explicitly stated.

Use of the Site

By accessing ratetherace.com you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews and User Content

Reviews and ratings are the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Rate the Race. By submitting a review you confirm that it reflects your honest personal experience. You grant Rate the Race a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

Event Information Accuracy

Event listings, dates, distances, and prices are sourced from third-party registration platforms and may not always be current. Always verify event details directly with the race organizer before registering. Rate the Race is not responsible for errors, cancellations, or changes to event information.

No Warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. As a Beta product, features and content may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Rate the Race shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to reliance on event listings or user reviews.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the site (account details, reviews, event preferences). We do not sell personal data to third parties. Feedback submitted through the site is used solely to improve Rate the Race.
