"Walk With Her 5K"

Walk With Her 5K is more than a race, it’s a movement.

This community-centered 5K walk/run was created to support and uplift women who have spent years restoring everyone else while often neglecting themselves. Through wellness, leadership development, and community engagement, this event shines a light on the invisible weight many women carry, and reminds them that they are seen, valued, and worthy of restoration.

Whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, you are moving with purpose.

Participants will receive:

• Professionally managed 5K course

• Custom race bib and event t-shirt

• Finisher medal

• High-energy race atmosphere

• Post-race celebration

• Wellness vendors and community partners

All proceeds support Invisible Woman Foundation initiatives, including the Restore HER Series, mentorship programming, and scholarship opportunities.
