Great first Ironman!

Being very intimidated by the ocean swim, having the practice swim time was key to success. Also, since the course was 1.2mi and racers had to get out of the water and run back in, that allowed for a quick drink and some confidence to do another round. Bike course was great and transition from Bike/Run was critical success factor with the ART practitioners at the ready. They helped me be able to complete the very hot run to the finish line.
